A leading company in material handling seeks a National Sales Manager to drive sales efforts and develop strategies supporting fleet account expansion. You will mentor sales teams, analyze market trends, and negotiate contracts while working closely with internal teams for optimal service delivery. The ideal candidate has a strong sales background, a degree in Engineering or Business, and excellent English communication skills.
Job Description:
Lead and mentor nationwide sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue and KPI targets.
Develop and implement national strategies for product portfolio management and fleet account expansion.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine offerings.
Coordinate with parts, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless unit availability, parts supply, and after‑sales support.
Build and nurture high‑value relationships with key industrial clients.
Negotiate major contracts and ensure consistent performance improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial leadership role.
Proven track record in both operations and strategy for B2B National Sales (fleet focus preferred).
Deep knowledge of forklifts and Japanese‐brand forklifts.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English.
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
