About Our Client

Our client is a leading multinational alcohol beverages company currently looking for a National Sales Manager to lead the sales growth and national distribution for spirits categories.

Job Description

  • Achieve key financial targets, including Net Sales Value, Operating Profit, Operating Cost Control, and market share
  • Lead and manage the overall business performance of three distributor partners
  • Effectively oversee the planning, direction, motivation, training, and performance measurement of distributor organizations
  • Proactively anticipate and respond to evolving business trends to enhance performance and minimize risks
  • Lead negotiations of commercial agreements with distributors, covering rolling sales forecasts, credit management, and trade spend optimization


The Successful Applicant

  • 12-15+ years of customer sales experience, preferably within the FMCG sector, with a strong track record of building customer relationships and demonstrated negotiation skills
  • Proven experience engaging cross-functionally with senior leadership and managing substantial financial budgets
  • Strong numerical acumen with expertise in developing profitable customer propositions and delivering key commercial metrics
  • Skilled in structuring and presenting persuasive commercial proposals, supported by excellent verbal communication and organizational abilities
