Job Description



Network & Market Development:

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially within government infrastructure projects (BUMN, seaports, airports, toll roads, and other key government accounts).
  • Expand business opportunities within the private sector, particularly targeting road developers and related projects.


Key Accounts & Agency Management:
  • Oversee and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring continuous business growth and partnership.
  • Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, and actively identify new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.


Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies that align with annual targets and company growth objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and maximize market share.


The Successful Applicant



Industry Experience:

  • Strong background in the petrochemical, construction materials or heavy machinery industries is highly preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a track record of selling to both government and private sector clients.

  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and close high-value deals.
