Job Description
Network & Market Development:
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially within government infrastructure projects (BUMN, seaports, airports, toll roads, and other key government accounts).
- Expand business opportunities within the private sector, particularly targeting road developers and related projects.
Key Accounts & Agency Management:
- Oversee and nurture relationships with key accounts, ensuring continuous business growth and partnership.
- Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, and actively identify new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute sales strategies that align with annual targets and company growth objectives.
- Monitor market trends and adapt sales tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge and maximize market share.
The Successful Applicant
Industry Experience:
- Strong background in the petrochemical, construction materials or heavy machinery industries is highly preferred.
- Proven experience in managing large-scale projects, with a track record of selling to both government and private sector clients.
Skills & Competencies:- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to engage and build relationships with key stakeholders and close high-value deals.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in managing and motivating teams to drive business growth.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to identify new market opportunities and drive sales performance.
Experience Level:- A seasoned sales professional with senior-level experience in leading sales teams and managing large-scale, high-value projects.
