Job Description
  • Responsible For Business Growth And Achievement Of Sales Objectives Within Targeted Profitability At Designated Area (full Scope On Trade & Off Trade). Be Accountable Of All Activities And P&L Within.
  • Ensure Best-in-class Execution Of Trade And Consumer Activities. Implement Strict Control Of Order Taking, Delivery, Merchandising And Consumer Engagement At Store Level To Match Picture Of Success. Ensure Full Scope Implementation Of Sales & Distribution Routines.
  • Pilot, Adapt And Roll-out Route-To-Market Initiatives. Take Full Leadership Of Execution And Change Management.
  • Contribute To Build And Lead Implementation Of The Company Management Strategy: Set-up, Standardized Practices, Control & Monitoring, Performance Evaluation, Strategic Business Reviews, System And Organization Capability Development, Including Termination Of Non-performing Entities.
Requirement
  • Indonesian/ Expatriate with extensive sales experience in On premise & Off premise channel in Indonesia.
  • Bachelor Degree from reputable university.
  • Has been managing business at national level.
  • Open to work in Alcohol Industry.
  • Strong leadership and presentation skill.
  • Having the Entrepreneur mindset with strong strategic planning ability.
