National Retail Operations General Manager

Responsibilities

• Store Business Strategy - budget OPEX, CAPEX, Sales and Target, Store Policy, SOP, and Report System
• Store sales analysis to capture business opportunity and improve sales
• Store performance reporting and analysis to BOD and BOC
• Control of cost, store performance and operation
• Re-solve any store dispute and problems, review store audit result (as consulting reference)
• Develop store HR competencies (Selection, Promotion, and Training)
• Visual Merchandising Standard, Requirements and Guidelines
• Build strategic relationship with Building Management / Landlord
• Manage & Develop people (directing, tutoring, coaching)

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Business or related field
• A minimum 12 years of retail store operation experience within the Senior Management level
• Ideally you should experienced in handling a nationwide stores
• Intermediate / Advanced Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Skills
• Must be able to multi task / problem solve and possess strong project management skills: strong analytical and time management skills
• Possess strong interpersonal skill to deal effectively with a wide variety of people assertively and confidently
