About the role

PTKasana Teknindo Gemilang seeks inspiring National Material Handling Leaders to drive both operational sales excellence and fleet‑customer growth across Indonesia and beyond. You’ll own strategic planning, sales leadership, and cross‑functional collaboration to elevate our market position and customer satisfaction.

What you'll be doing

Lead and mentor nationwide sales teams to achieve ambitious revenue and KPI targets.

Develop and implement national strategies for product portfolio management and fleet account expansion.

Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to refine offerings.

Coordinate with parts, marketing, and service teams to ensure seamless unit availability, parts supply, and after‑sales support.

Build and nurture high‑value relationships with key industrial clients.

Negotiate major contracts and ensure consistent performance improvement.

What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.

Minimum 15 years’ experience in Material Handling sales, including at least 5 years in a managerial leadership role.

Proven track record in both operations and B2B sales strategy (fleet focus preferred).

Deep knowledge of forklifts and Japanese‐brand material handling equipment.

Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills in English; Japanese or Mandarin is a plus.

Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
