Job Description

1. Identify, drive, & implement market-based growth opportunities for assigned customers.
2. Identify customer needs & support business development and sales team in line with business strategy.
3. Develop and implement marketing programs for customers.
4. Implement the marketing concept to establish a strong brand presence in the market.

Requirement

1. Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English is a must.
2. The successful individual must also have excellent organizational and people skills, project & planning management skills with an ability to openly convey information to team members in a timely, concise manner.
3. A minimum of 7 years of working experience in strategy, product marketing, and marketing in the agrochemical industry.
4. Possesses excellent knowledge of agrochemical products (crop protection, pesticide, etc).
5. Excellent presentation and communication skills.
6. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interface with and influence a population.
