Job summary

Vinculos Estratégicos S.A. de C.V. partners with UNDP/UNCDF/UNV to oversee the MHA project in Indonesia, focusing on safeguarding indigenous rights, forest governance, and climate commitments.

The NPC will lead the day-to-day substantive implementation, coordinate with technical and operations teams, and ensure adherence to programmatic standards. The role emphasizes coordination with government and civil society, risk management, and producing high-quality reports while promoting inclusive

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Environmental Sciences, Forestry Conservation, Development Study, Public Policy, or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with an additional two years of qualifying experience may be considered in lieu of a Master’s degree with two extra years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day substantive implementation of the MHA project, coordinating with technical coordinators, supervisors and stakeholders.
• Ensure project planning, budgeting and implementation align with the approved work plan and SOPs; monitor progress and risk.
• Lead in documenting lessons learned, preparing briefs and knowledge products, and fostering partnerships for resource mobilization.
• Provide guidance and capacity building for project staff and partners; ensure inclusion and non-discrimination in all actions.

Education

Advanced university degree
