We are hiring a National Key Account Manager to lead national modern trade accounts (Indomaret, Alfamart, retail groups, etc.). You will oversee KA team, lead strategic initiative for new product development, drive national promotional programs, and ensure strong sales execution across Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with top minimarket & retail chains.
  • Lead promotional calendar & ensure nationwide execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
  • Min. 8 years’ FMCG (food) experience in Key Account/Modern Trade Sales.
  • Proven track record with national minimarket chains and modern trade accounts at HO level.
  • Cross-functional experience (sales, supply chain, trade marketing).
