About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven National Academic Operations Manager (AOM) to lead regional academic and operational excellence across multiple centers. The AOM will drive organisational growth, manage national projects, and ensure high standards of academic performance, operational efficiency, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee academic staff development, training, and assessment.
• Monitor and optimise operational efficiency and academic quality in assigned centers.
• Drive student satisfaction, retention, and learning outcomes.
• Lead the implementation of new academic programs and national projects.
• Deliver training to ensure alignment with organisational goals and standards.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and marketing teams to enhance performance.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
• Student engagement and learning outcomes.
• Teacher utilisation and classroom efficiency.
• Employee retention and satisfaction.
• Successful implementation of national projects.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree; TESOL Diploma or DELTA certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of EFL teaching experience and 3 years in academic management.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and project management expertise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with LMS or distance training tools is a plus.
• C2 English proficiency and exceptional communication skills.
