About the role

Ulala Bali Salon is seeking an experienced Nail Master to join our team on a contract basis at our salon located in South Kuta, Bali. As a Nail Master, you will be at the forefront of our nail services, delivering exceptional manicure and pedicure treatments to our clientele. This role is pivotal to maintaining our reputation for excellence in nail artistry and client satisfaction. You will work on-site at our South Kuta location, where you will have the opportunity to showcase your expertise and creativity whilst building a loyal client base.

Key responsibilities

Provide professional manicure and pedicure services utilising advanced techniques and premium products

Create custom nail designs and art, including gel extensions, acrylics, and decorative finishes tailored to client preferences

Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and sanitation across all nail workstations and tools

Consult with clients to understand their nail care requirements, preferences and desired outcomes

Recommend appropriate nail care treatments and products to enhance client experience and satisfaction

Train and mentor junior nail technicians, ensuring consistent quality of service across the salon

Manage client bookings and maintain detailed records of treatments and client preferences

Stay current with the latest nail trends, techniques and industry best practices

Uphold Ulala Bali Salon's brand standards and contribute to a welcoming salon atmosphere

What we're looking for

Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in nail services, with proven expertise in multiple nail techniques including gel, acrylic and nail art

Formal qualification or certification in nail technology from an accredited institution

Demonstrated ability to deliver consistently high-quality nail treatments and designs

Strong understanding of nail health, anatomy and safety protocols

Excellent client service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships

Creative flair and ability to execute bespoke nail designs according to client specifications

Knowledge of current nail industry trends and emerging techniques

Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are advantageous

Physical capability to perform detailed nail work with precision and attention to detail

Previous experience mentoring junior technicians is preferred
