Job description

Prepare and plan the implementation of the PMKP work program.

Lead, coordinate, and effectively implement PMKP operations with quality, efficiency, and effectiveness.

Collect indicator data from the Quality Improvement Coordinator, Hospital Patient Safety team, and related work units.

Analyze service quality indicator data, including hospital clinical quality indicators, managerial quality indicators, and patient safety indicators.

Evaluate the implementation of the five priority areas determined by the Director, focusing on PPK, Clinical Pathway, and key quality indicators.

Conduct data analysis and convert collected data into useful information.

Perform internal validation of PMKP data periodically.

Disseminate information on quality improvement and patient safety through staff meetings regularly.

Enhance staff knowledge by providing training related to the PMKP program.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Public Health, Midwifery, or Nursing.
2. Interest in Hospital Management.
3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
4. Proficiency in computerized systems.
5. Strong statistical and data analysis skills.
