Job summary

Pengiklan Anonim is seeking a versatile Graphic and Multimedia Designer to translate briefs into compelling visuals for digital and print. You will craft key visuals, social assets, banners, packaging, and POSM, ensuring brand consistency across channels.

You will produce video and motion graphics for campaigns, edit footage, apply motion design, manage assets, and collaborate with Brand and Digital Marketing teams to meet tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in visual communication design or related field.
• 2–3 years in graphic or multimedia design; FMCG/pharma agency experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio showing graphic design, video production, and motion graphics.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects.
• Canva skills are advantageous for quick-turn projects.
• Basic videography: framing, lighting, and audio fundamentals.
• Understanding of platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, marketplaces, websites.
• Solid design principles: layout, typography, color theory, brand alignment.
• Creative with strong visual sense; can translate briefs into visuals.
• Excellent time management; handles multiple projects with tight deadlines.
• Detail-oriented; maintains consistency across outputs.
• Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
• Open to feedback and revisions under campaign deadlines.
• Experience creating content for consumer FMCG/pharma with BPOM considerations a plus.
• Basic 2D/3D animation or product rendering knowledge a plus.
• Awareness of current social media trends and platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Develop visuals, social assets, banners, POSM, and packaging based on briefs and brand guidelines.
• Translate campaign concepts into engaging, visually appealing designs for digital and print.
• Maintain visual brand consistency across all touchpoints.
• Revise designs based on feedback from Brand Manager/Head of Marcomm within timelines.
• Produce video and motion graphics content for digital campaigns, events, and activations.
• Edit footage and assemble publication-ready content; apply motion, sound, and subtitles.
• Organize, manage, and archive multimedia assets in a structured system.
• Collaborate with Digital Marketing Specialists and Brand Manager to align assets with strategies and content calendar.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously; ensure quality and deadlines.
• Coordinate with external vendors (printers, videographers, voice talents) when needed.
• Stay updated on trends in graphic design and digital platforms to improve output.
