Ncr Group is seeking an Area Cleaning Manager to oversee cleaning operations across multiple sites around Semarang. You will set standards, manage budgets, and lead site teams to ensure high-quality service for our clients.

In this role, you will drive efficiency, mentor supervisors, and champion safety and quality practices across the area. A strong background in cleaning or facilities management and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in cleaning or facility management with 3+ years in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
• Proven budget management and operational planning experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage cleaning operations across multiple sites, ensuring consistent quality and service delivery.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance cleaning efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Oversee budgets for assigned areas, managing expenses and resource allocation.
• Lead, train, and mentor site supervisors and cleaning teams to achieve performance goals.
• Conduct regular site inspections and performance reviews to ensure standards and client requirements.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and promptly address operational concerns.
