UMARA MULTI BISNIS BANDUNG is seeking an entry-level digital advertising specialist to plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Shopee, TikTok, Meta, and CPAS in Bandung. You will collaborate with design, CRM, and customer service teams to maximize ROI and conversions.

The role emphasizes landing page optimization, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional coordination with KOL and affiliate teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience managing Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and CPAS.
• Strong analytical and ROI optimization skills.
• Experience integrating campaigns with CRM (WhatsApp, email, remarketing).
• Familiar with landing page management and conversion optimization.
• Data-driven with campaign tracking and performance analysis.
• Collaborates cross-functionally with Creative, KOL, Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and optimize campaigns across Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and CPAS.
• Conduct A/B testing for creatives, audience targeting, and bidding strategies.
• Manage and optimize landing pages with design and web development teams.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with KOL, Affiliate, and Content teams for integrated campaigns.
• Prepare regular reports and recommend strategies for improvement.
• Adjust campaigns based on seasonal pet care needs and consumer behavior.
• Develop strategies to integrate advertising campaigns with CRM and customer database.
• Work closely with the Customer Service team to ensure proper execution of CRM strategies.
