A leading company is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the smooth operations of their Administration department. We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our team at PT Tunas Dwipa Marta as the MT Administration Head (Tunas Honda) - Penempatan Seluruh Indonesia. This full-time role will be based in West Java and will play a crucial part in supporting the smooth operations of our Administration department.
What you'll be doing
Providing high-level administrative support to senior management and key stakeholders
Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling a variety of correspondence, including email, telephone, and written communication
Maintaining and organising filing systems, both physical and electronic
Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Coordinating and organising company events and functions
Providing support to the wider Administration team as needed
What we're looking for
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support industry
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organisation
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation
Problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure
