Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinate day to day activities related to quality, health, safety, and environment within the organization.

2. Analyze the audit and inspection results then develop improvement recommendations based on the results behind.

3. Provide audit reports and give corrective actions recommendation.

4.Identify potential hazards that could occur in the work environment to prevent work accidents.

5.Conduct regular inspections of work areas and work equipment to minimize the risk of work accidents

General Responsibilities

1. Ensure the implementation of an Integrated Management System, including the identification, documentation, and control of risks in the relevant department's work area.

2. Foster and ensure the commitment of every team member to understand and adhere to all applicable Integrated Management System requirements.

3. Be willing to participate in the investigation process of accidents, incidents, or actions that may lead to incidents caused by unsafe actions or unsafe conditions, including providing accurate information and reports based on known facts.

4. Be willing to engage in the information security control process applied to protect the information assets and information processing assets owned and/or managed by the Company from threats to confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Health / Occupational Safety and Health Engineering

2. Have 2-3 years of work experience as QHSE

3. Have AK3U certification

4. Possess the understanding of ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001

5. Possess the understanding of the principles of hazard identification and risk assessment (HIRADC, JSA, etc.)

6. Possess the understanding of QHSE aspects

7. Willing to be placed in Jakarta
