PT Leassy Transportasi Indonesia membuka lowongan sebagai Driver Utama yang disiplin, jujur, dan bertanggung jawab untuk penempatan di Bali. Tugas utama meliputi pengantaran, penjemputan, serta menjaga kondisi armada sepeda motor sewaan agar selalu aman dan siap pakai sesuai SOP perusahaan.

Kualifikasi mencakup pengalaman 1+ tahun, SIM C aktif, menguasai rute Bali, serta kemampuan berkomunikasi yang baik. Gaji take home Rp2.700.000–Rp4.500.000 per bulan, tunjangan kinerja, lembur, jam kerja

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Driver / Courier / Field Operations (pengalaman rental sepeda motor adalah nilai tambah)
• Memiliki SIM C aktif (motor)
• Menguasai area Bali (Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Denpasar, Bandara, dsb.)
• Mampu menggunakan smartphone Android/iPhone untuk WhatsApp, Trello, Leassy Pro, Google Maps
• Komunikatif, ramah, proaktif, jujur, bisa bekerja sendiri maupun tim
• Siap kerja 6 hari/minggu dan lembur bila diperlukan
• Dukom berada di Bali atau siap ditempatkan di Bali

Aufgaben

• Mengantar dan menjemput sepeda motor ke lokasi tamu atau bandara sesuai jadwal
• Mengikuti urutan prioritas kerja harian: pengantaran tamu, penjemputan bandara, penanganan kunci hilang, layanan keluhan, perawatan rutin
• Memverifikasi identitas tamu (KTP asli) dan memeriksa kondisi unit dengan Delivery Checklist sebelum keluar
• Mengirim pesan ke tamu sebelum keberangkatan dan mematuhi waktu tunggu maksimal 30 menit
• Memperbarui status kerja di Trello dan Leassy Pro setelah tugas selesai
• Mengelola kas tamu secara jujur dengan foto bukti penerimaan dalam 5 menit dan setoran sesuai prosedur
• Berkoordinasi dengan Driver Coordinator/Operator terkait hambatan lalu lintas, cuaca, atau kondisi teknis di jalan
• Mematuhi jadwal servis fleet (Honda & Yamaha) dan mengantarkan unit ke bengkel tepat waktu
• Membaca daftar tugas harian 15 menit sebelum jam kerja (07.45 WITA) dan membuat Driver Daily Report di grup WA

Jobbeschreibung

PT Leassy Transportasi Indonesia is opening a job vacancy for a Main Driver who is disciplined, honest, and responsible for placement in the Bali area. The Driver is responsible for delivery, pick up, and maintaining the condition of the motorcycle rental fleet so that it is always safe and ready to use in accordance with the company's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Main Responsibilities:

• Carry out delivery and pick up of motorcycles to guest locations or the airport according to schedule.
• Follow the daily work priority order: Guest delivery, Airport pick up, Handling of left-behind keys, Complaint service, and Routine service.
• Verify guest identity (original ID card) and check unit condition using the Delivery Checklist Form before leaving the office gate.
• Send messages/contact guests before departure and comply with the maximum waiting time limit of 30 minutes at the location.
• Update work status in real-time on the Trello and Leassy Pro applications as soon as a task is completed.
• Manage and report receipt of cash from guests honestly by uploading a photo of proof of receipt within 5 minutes and depositing it according to procedure.
• Coordinate proactively with the Driver Coordinator and Operator regarding traffic obstacles, weather, or technical conditions on the road.
• Comply with the routine service schedule of the fleet (Honda & Yamaha) and deliver units to the workshop on time.
• Read daily tasks 15 minutes before working hours (07.45 WITA), attend the morning briefing, and create a Driver Daily Report in the WA group before clocking out.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Driver / Courier / Field Operations (experience in the motorcycle/car rental industry is an added value).
• Possess an active SIM C (motorcycle driving license)
• Master the road areas, main routes, and tourism areas in Bali (Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu, Denpasar, Airport, etc.).
• Able and accustomed to operating an Android/iOS Smartphone for using WhatsApp, Trello, Leassy Pro, and Google Maps applications.
• Possess friendly, polite, proactive communication skills and be customer service oriented.
• Punctual, honest, meticulous, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Willing to work with a scheme of 6 working days a week and ready to work overtime if there is an operational need.
• Domiciled in Bali or willing to be placed in Bali.

Salary & Benefits:

• Income Range (Take Home Pay): Rp 2.700.000 – Rp 4.500.000 / month
• Basic Salary: Rp 2.700.000
• Performance Allowance: Rp 500.000 (Probation Period) / Rp 1.000.000 (After Passing Probation)
• Overtime pay (based on hourly rate of basic salary)
• Dinner money if overtime past 19.00 WITA
• Annual leave 14 working days / year (after 1 year of service)
• Working hours 8 hours + 1 hour break (08.00 – 17.00 WITA)
• 6 working days a week
