VICII is a next-generation startup building visual worlds at the intersection of luxury, storytelling, and design. We work with fashion brands, cultural institutions, and visionary entrepreneurs to craft identities, campaigns, and content that feel timeless, elegant, and emotionally resonant.

We’re looking for a Motion Graphic Designer—someone who is absolutely obsessed with their craft, highly experienced in creating beautiful and refined animations, and capable of bringing ideas to life through movement, rhythm, and emotion. This role is perfect for a creative leader who wants to shape poetic, cinematic visuals across fashion, editorial, digital, and AI-integrated platforms.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the motion design execution for brand campaigns, fashion editorials, and storytelling content
• Create elegant animations, logo movements, kinetic typography, visual transitions, and video treatments
• Translate visual identities into dynamic, expressive motion systems
• Collaborate with designers, writers, and the creative director to shape and evolve our studio’s visual language
• Guide junior designers or freelancers (if applicable) with clear feedback and high design standards
• Contribute to the development of motion templates and visual libraries for ongoing use
• Integrate AI tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Luma, Pika) to enhance or experiment with motion workflows

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in motion design, animation, or visual storytelling
• A refined portfolio showcasing high-quality motion work—especially in fashion, editorial, or luxury content
• Mastery of After Effects, with strong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma
• Exceptional sense of timing, pacing, lighting, and visual emotion
• Strong design fundamentals: composition, color, typography, brand coherence
• Ability to direct projects independently and collaborate with clarity and precision
• Passion for creative exploration, visual culture, and pushing boundaries
• A calm, curious, and detail-obsessed personality

Bonus Skills

• Experience building interactive storytelling formats or immersive digital experiences
• Creative coding or scripting experience (e.g., Three.js, Python)
• Fashion or luxury brand visual storytelling experience
