Job summary

Propertia in Bali is seeking an experienced Motion Graphic Designer for an on-site, full-time role based in Canggu. You will create engaging motion graphics for property listings, campaigns, social media, and brand communications, from storyboards to final edits.

Day-to-day tasks include designing graphics, animations, and video content; collaborating with marketing and sales teams; and ensuring content aligns with brand and campaign goals while meeting tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for digital and social media content.
• Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Graphic Design across various graphics formats and layouts.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Portfolio demonstrating motion graphics, video work, and graphic design projects is required.
• On-site work in Canggu, Bali; prior experience in real estate or property marketing is a plus.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Motion Graphic Designer role based in Canggu. The Motion Graphic Designer will create engaging motion graphics and visual assets for property listings, marketing campaigns, social media, and brand communications. Daily responsibilities include conceptualizing storyboards, designing graphics and animations, editing and assembling video content, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to align visuals with brand and campaign goals.

The role also involves optimizing content for different digital platforms, maintaining a consistent visual identity, and delivering projects within agreed timelines.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Motion Design and Motion Graphics for digital and social media content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and basic sound integration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Graphic Design and working with various Graphics formats and layouts.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar software).
• Strong visual storytelling abilities and an understanding of branding and marketing fundamentals.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
