Job description

Motion Graphic:

• Concept and Storyboarding: Develop creative ideas and visual concepts for motion graphics or videos. Create storyboards or style frames to visualize the final output.
• Motion Graphics Creation: Design and animate elements like titles, lower thirds, intros, and outros using After Effects or similar tools. Incorporate 2D/3D animations, kinetic typography, and visual effects.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into polished videos using software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro. Adjust pacing, transitions, and flow to enhance storytelling.
• Synchronize video with music, sound effects, and voiceovers. Perform audio adjustments like mixing and leveling.
• Optimization for Platforms: Adapt videos for various platforms (e.g., social media, websites, or events). Optimize files for size and quality based on platform requirements.

Both:

• Collaboration and Revisions: Work closely with clients, Art Director, or creative teams to align with project goals. Revise edits and animations based on feedback.
• Research and Trends: Stay updated on motion graphic trends and video editing techniques. Experiment with new tools and styles to enhance creativity.
• Project Management: Organize project files and ensure deadlines are met. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality.

Minimum Requirements:

• Proven experience (1+ years) in Motion Graphic or as a Video Editor, plus point for gaming/esports events.
• Proficiency with Motion Graphic and/or Video Editing software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Premiere) and video equipment.
• Knowledge of Motion Graphic and/or Video production.
• Ability to work in high-pressure, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
• Passion and interest for gaming and esports is a must; knowledge of popular games and the gaming community is a plus.
