Job Description

• Create high-quality motion graphics, animation, and video content for various platforms, including TV commercials, social media (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), and corporate branding materials.
• Utilize AI generative tools (e.g., Runway, Stable Diffusion, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly) to enhance and optimize design workflows.
• Edit and refine videos with cut-to-cut editing, dynamic transitions, and pacing tailored for high-engagement social media content.
• Perform color grading and visual enhancement to ensure consistency and aesthetic appeal across all projects.
• Develop visual assets using Photoshop and Illustrator for animation and motion graphics integration.
• Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and execute compelling visual storytelling.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends in the creative industry to optimize production processes and explore new possibilities in motion design.
• Work efficiently within tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.

Requirements and Skills

• Women or men between 19-30 years old.
• On-site work (Jakarta or Tangerang-based).
• Experience in Design, Motion Graphics, Visual Arts, or related fields.
• Proficient in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of AI generative tools (e.g., Runway, MidJourney, Adobe Firefly, Stable Diffusion) is a big plus.
• Passion for storytelling through visuals and deep understanding of video engagement trends.
• Skilled in color grading, motion tracking, and visual effects.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining high creative quality.
• A strong portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, and video editing.
