Are you a results-oriented professional with a passion for brand, marketing, and content? Team Liquid Indonesia is looking for a Motion Editor toediting and refining motion capture data, animating characters, and ensuring smooth, believable movement across a variety of projects including games, cinematic trailers, and branded content.

Reporting to the Project Producer, you'll work closely with the project, illustrators, and graphic designer teams to enhance the visual storytelling and maintain a high-quality animation standard.

Job Purpose

The Motion Editor contributes to creating dynamic motion graphics and animations that elevate Team Liquid Indonesia’s video and digital content. This role plays a critical part in enhancing the visual storytelling of the Project Division by designing engaging visuals tailored for esports and gaming audiences.

What You'll Do:

  • Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for videos, digital campaigns, and live events.
  • Design visually compelling assets such as transitions, intros, outros, and lower-thirds for multimedia content.
  • Work alongside the video editing team to ensure smooth integration of motion elements into video projects.
  • Enhance content with kinetic typography, visual effects, and dynamic animations that reflect the brand’s direction and goals.
  • Partner with the Project Manager, creative team, and key contributors to shape and deliver motion graphics concepts.
  • Offer creative input to strengthen storytelling and elevate the overall visual experience.
  • Adapt animations and motion graphics to suit various platforms, including YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, and live streaming channels.
  • Maintain a streamlined workflow by organizing project files, motion assets, and archives efficiently.
  • Ensure all animations meet established quality standards and are delivered within project timelines.

What You'll Need:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Motion Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field is preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or animation, preferably within the esports, gaming, or digital media industries.
  • Skilled in motion design software such as Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, or similar tools.
  • Strong grasp of animation techniques, kinetic typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Familiar with video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
  • Awareness of current esports and gaming trends is highly advantageous.
