Job summary

tiket.com is seeking a Motion Designer/3D Animator to translate briefs into visual narratives, craft 3D assets, and produce engaging motion graphics for promotional campaigns.

You will work with the Brand Marketing Team, collaborating across internal and external partners to ensure timely delivery and high visual quality. A background in e-commerce is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of motion design or 3D animation experience.
• Strong proficiency in Cinema 4D or Blender and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience with generative AI tools like Runway or Midjourney.
• Hands-on experience with 3D modeling, rigging, and animation fundamentals.
• Ability to translate briefs into storyboard concepts.
• Experience in e‑commerce context is a strong plus.

Your Main Duties In Flying With Us

• Responsible for contributing to the creative process by turning briefs into clear visual narratives, mood boards, and conceptual frameworks.
• Brainstorm creative concepts and develop visual assets based on briefs to support the Brand Marketing Team.
• Build custom 3D models/assets and animate engaging 2D/3D motion graphics for promotional campaign videos.
• Run post-production workflows, including video editing, basic compositing, color correction, and audio syncing for final deliverables.
• Experiment with emerging AI tools and production workflows to elevate creative output and optimize turnarounds.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align creative vision, refine concepts, and ensure seamless project delivery.

Mandatory Belongings That You Must Prepare

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in motion design or 3D animation; prior e-commerce background is a strong plus.
• High proficiency in 3D software (Cinema 4D or Blender) alongside the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Vast knowledge of motion design techniques, current visual trends, and hands‑on experience with generative AI creative tools (e.g., Runway, Midjourney, Photoshop Firefly, Stable Diffusion).
• Solid hands‑on experience working with 3D modeling, rigging, and fundamental animation principles.
• Strong ability to brainstorm fresh concepts, translate briefs into storyboards, and execute creative visual ideas.
• Working knowledge of post‑production workflows, compositing, color correction, and basic VFX.
