• Menentukan dan mengembangkan target sales
• Membuat dan memeriksa proses kerja yang dijalankan di cabang sesuai SK, policy, dan panduan yang telah ditetapkan di cabang sehingga proses kerja dapat berjalan dengan efektif dan efisien
• Monitoring cost insentif marketing agar sesuai dengan budget
• Mengusulkan dan membuat desain proses yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan agar dapat diimplementasikan dengan baik sehingga mendukung pencapaian booking cabang melalui project based monitoring

Minimum Qualifications

• Pendidikan minimal S1 semua jurusan
• Memiliki min. 1 tahun pengalaman sebagai Sales / Marketing untuk produk mortgage atau properti, KPR, dsb.
• Menguasai ms. Excel dan Powerpoint
• Kemampuan komunikasi dan negosiasi yang baik
• Mampu menganalisa permasalahan yang ada secara tepat dan tepat
