Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk, Credit Analysis, Mortgage/Consumer Lending, or related banking.
• Strong understanding of mortgage credit assessment and risk management.
• Familiar with credit policies, mortgage lending processes, and OJK/banking regulations.
• Strong analytical skills and sound credit judgment.
• Detail-oriented, ethical, and able to make timely decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and recommend mortgage credit proposals in accordance with policies, risk appetite, and delegated authority.
• Assess borrower creditworthiness, determine appropriate credit limits, and maintain high-quality credit decisions.
• Ensure the mortgage credit initiation and approval process complies with established SOPs, criteria, and ethical standards.
• Monitor regional credit portfolio quality and identify potential credit risks.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure an efficient credit process and timely resolution of issues.
• Ensure credit proposals are processed and approved within the established SLA/TAT.
