Molding QC Inspector

We are looking for a motivated and experienced QC Inspector to ensure the quality of our products through rigorous inspection processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes and quality control techniques, along with a commitment to upholding the integrity and precision of our manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections of plastic injection molded parts to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Use measuring instruments and tools (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges) to conduct inspections.
• Document inspection results and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Identify and report defects or discrepancies in product quality and assist in corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve processes.
• Monitor product samples and ensure adherence to customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Support the development and implementation of quality control procedures and standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a QC Inspector or in a similar role within a plastic injection molding manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of plastic injection molding processes, materials, and quality standards.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and product specifications.
• Proficiency in using precision measurement tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant training is a plus.
• Experience with ISO 9001 or similar quality management systems is preferred.
