About the role

PT Arisamandiri Pratama is seeking an experienced Module Section Head to join our dynamic team in our Central Jakarta, Jakarta office. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our module production section, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to all relevant regulations and standards.

What you'll be doing

Manage and coordinate the activities of the module production team to meet production targets and maintain quality standards

Develop and implement operational plans, procedures, and systems to optimise productivity and efficiency

Monitor production processes, identify and resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as necessary

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, environmental, and quality regulations and standards

Provide training and coaching to team members to develop their skills and knowledge

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of module production with other business functions

Prepare and analyse production reports, identify trends, and make recommendations for continuous improvement

What we're looking for

Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing or production management role, preferably in the electronic manufacturing

Strong understanding of production processes, quality control, and continuous improvement methodologies

Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and interpersonal skills

Ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions

Proficient in using relevant production management software and tools

Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field
