Job description

Distribute business to Modern Market (MT) or General Trade (GT) as Aeon, Ranch market, Grand lucky, Raja susu, natural farm, Fithub, etc.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Negotiating trading terms & promotion in order to establish business partnership and to grow the business.
  • Managing internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the accounts, and preparing accurate forecasts (volume and value) for assigned accounts.
  • Developing and maintaining solid and trustworthy relationships to major key accounts, together with generating new business, including resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
  • Make and handle sales area and managing communication between key customers and internal teams.
  • Communicate approved retail activities, promotional plans, merchandising and new item authorizations with the Retail Team to ensure well executed.
  • Working closely with Marketing to develop effective brand promotion programs, monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotions with regard to sales impact.
  • Develop in-store visibility plans, follow-up to achieve timely and effective implementation and maintaining merchandising.
  • Provide reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly recommendations in order to meet company’s objective.
  • Manage Retail Team (SPG or Sales Area) and develop capability through setting and reviewing Retail Team performance target, and regular coaching.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • Min. 3 years of relevant working experience in sales or relevant experience, FMCG is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with Excellent interpersonal relationship skills
  • Proven results of delivering client solutions and meeting sales goals
  • Strong negotiation skills, with ability follow-through on client contracts
  • Ability to build strong relationships with key people or organizations.
  • In-depth understanding of company key clients and their position in the industry
  • Eager to expand company with new sales, clients, and territories
  • Able to analyze data and sales statistics and translate results into better solutions
  • Ability to multitask and manage more than one client account
