About the role

We are seeking a talented Mobile Tech Lead to join our dynamic team at PT Fata Organa Solusi . As a Mobile Tech Lead, you will be responsible for the technical direction, architecture, and successful delivery of our mobile products across various platforms (iOS and Android). You will work closely with product managers, designers, and other engineering leads to translate business requirements into robust and scalable mobile solutions.

What you'll be doing

Lead the design, architecture, and development of robust and scalable iOS applications using Swift.

Collaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teams to deliver exceptional mobile experiences.

Guide, mentor, and support a team of iOS developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical discussions.

Define and enforce coding standards, best practices, and agile development processes.

Own the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability requirements.

Identify technical risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Evaluate and integrate third-party libraries, SDKs, and tools where appropriate.

Continuously explore and implement new technologies to improve application performance and user experience.

Manage app releases to the App Store and ensure timely delivery of features and bug fixes.

What we're looking for

5+ years of experience in professional mobile application development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior capacity.

Exceptional proficiency in Swift programming language and deep understanding of the iOS SDK and frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI, Core Data, Combine, etc.).

Proven track record of architecting, developing, and deploying complex, high-performance iOS applications to the Apple App Store.

Strong understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture) and their practical application.

Expertise in designing and integrating with RESTful APIs, and working with various data formats (JSON, XML).

Solid experience with version control systems, particularly Git workflows.

Strong debugging, profiling, and performance optimization skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.

Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).

At least 525 Toefl PBT or 5.5 Ielts or 55 toefl IBT

Does not need to take test, proven by interview in English

Advantageous if:

Experience with other mobile platforms (Android, Flutter, React Native).

Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for mobile applications.

Familiarity with server-side technologies or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure).

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Contributions to open-source projects or a strong GitHub profile showcasing your work.

Experience with unit testing, UI testing, and test-driven development (TDD) in iOS.

Knowledge of mobile security best practices.

Have N3 or higher Japanese Proficiency.
