Role Summary:
The Mitra Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying, approaching, and securing new Mitra partners to join Shipper’s drop-off point network. This role will focus on building strong relationships with potential partners, negotiating agreements, and ensuring successful onboarding, with a target-driven approach to expand coverage and support operational growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Prospect & Acquire Partners – Identify potential Mitra drop-off points (e.g., logistic agent, retail stores, convenience shops, small businesses) in assigned territories.
Sales Outreach – Conduct field visits, calls, and presentations to introduce Shipper’s Mitra program and value proposition.
Negotiate & Close Deals – Secure partnership agreements aligned with company standards and targets.
Onboarding Support – Ensure smooth onboarding of new Mitra partners, coordinating with operations and training teams.
Performance Tracking – Achieve monthly acquisition targets and maintain an updated sales pipeline.
Market Intelligence – Gather and report insights on competitor activities, market conditions, and partner feedback.
Relationship Management – Build and maintain strong relationships to encourage partner retention and loyalty.
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years experience in sales, partnership acquisition, or field business development (preferably in logistics, FMCG, or retail).
Proven track record of meeting/exceeding acquisition targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Comfortable with field work and traveling within assigned territory.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
Performance KPIs:
Number of new Mitra drop-off points acquired per month.
Acquisition-to-activation rate.
Coverage expansion in assigned area.
