Job description

PT Transcosmos Indonesia, a joint venture between Transcosmos Inc. and CBN (a member of the Salim Group), is a Global Digital Transformation Partner in Customer Experience Solutions and Digital Marketing Solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Involve in development and implementation of reporting processes and template.
  • Ensure accuracy and integrity of template through validation.
  • Utilize statistical analysis techniques to identify trends and insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools, including Excel templates and macro functions.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members on using the developed template.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and expectations.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management to address their needs.
  • Develop and implement reporting strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives.

Qualifications

  • Min. Diploma degree in any related field with GPA (min 2.75 preferred).
  • Expertise in utilizing a range of reporting tools and office software, such as Excel, SQL and other data visualization platforms.
  • Utilizes statistical methods to interpret data effectively and develop data visualization techniques to present insights clearly.
  • Leads reporting initiatives aligned with organizational objectives, leveraging a comprehensive understanding of business goals.
  • Fluent in English both speaking and writing with min. B2 Level of CEFR.
  • Ready to work on shifting.
  • Willing to work immediately.
  • Willing to be placed in Yogyakarta.
