Job summary

You will conduct site inspections, deliver training, investigate incidents, and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Recognized qualification in Occupational Health and Safety (e.g., NEBOSH, OHSAS).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a health and safety role within the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian health and safety legislation and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments and implement effective control measures.
• Willingness to work on-site in Depok and perform administrative tasks remotely.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive health and safety policies, procedures, and training programs.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver health and safety training programs to all site personnel.
• Maintain accurate records of safety inspections, training, and incidents.
• Advise management on health and safety matters and promote a positive safety culture.
