Job description

Supervise daily survey activities in exploration areas, including topographic, boundary, and drilling location surveys.

Ensure accurate collection and processing of survey data using total stations, GPS, drones, and other survey equipment.

Prepare and maintain updated maps, plans, and survey records in line with operational requirements.

Coordinate with the geology and mine planning teams to provide precise survey support for exploration and drilling activities.

Manage and train survey team members to ensure work quality, safety compliance, and efficiency.

Monitor and maintain survey equipment to ensure functionality and calibration.

Prepare and submit periodic survey reports to management.

Ensure compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards during all survey operations.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Geodetic Engineering, Mining Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as a mine surveyor, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, preferably in bauxite or other mineral exploration projects.

Proficient in survey software (e.g., AutoCAD, Surpac, MineScape) and operation of survey instruments (Total Station, RTK GPS, Drone Mapping).

Strong knowledge of survey principles, mapping, and data management.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Willing to work on a roster system in remote exploration sites in West Kalimantan.

Strong commitment to safety and environmental compliance.
