Mine Plan & Technical Services Dept Head

Job Description:

1. Create, evaluate and analyze the Life of Mine Pit for more than 1 year and a production plan of 1 to 5 years
2. Create/update year to date forecasts every month
3. Arrange a 1 year production plan to align with RKAB needs
4. Monitor and provide input on OB volume targets, Coal Expose, Coal Getting, OB distance from annual, 3-monthly and monthly plans
5. Ensure that the spreading soil area is available according to the target, so that reclamation can be carried out according to the target
6. Provide input for land acquisition and help resolve external problems
7. Implement K3LH policies and regulations in all aspects of work

Qualifications:

1. Minimum S1 graduate majoring in Mining Engineering/Geological Engineering/Earth Science
2. Minimum of 5 years work experience in the same position
3. Mine reclamation capabilities, water management systems, heavy equipment management, and mining economics
4. POM/POU and SMKP Minerba certification
5. Problem solving, partnership building, and team collaboration skills
