Mine Plan Bauxite Mining (Level Supervisor up to Superintendent)

Lead, develop and maintain effective long-term and short-term mine plans in accordance with mining best practices.

Ensure that mine planning activities align with operational targets and technical standards.

Analyze mining data for regular reporting and planning evaluations.

Utilize mining software (such as Surpac, Minescape, etc.) for mine design, scheduling, and modeling.

Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure mine plan execution aligns with field implementation.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Mining Engineering or a related field.

3–7 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Bauxite mining operations.

Strong understanding of Bauxite mining processes.

Proficient in mine planning software and GIS tools.

Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Work Schedule: 8 weeks on site / 2 weeks off (roster basis)
