Company Description: PT. Surabaya Mekabox is an integrated paper packaging company, manufacturing 100% recycle container board and corrugated carton box. Located at Gresik, Indonesia, it began its first corrugated carton box factory in 1973. Since then, it has been continuously growing and moving forward with its first paper mill erection in 1985. With current annual production capacity of 240,000 tonnes medium & test liner paper and 150,000 tonnes corrugated carton box, PT. Surabaya Mekabox has established long term partnerships with customers and suppliers from local and overseas.

Job Description:

• The Mill Head is responsible and accountable for effectively planning, directing, and coordinating all activities of the plant operations, which include production, human resources, engineering, safety, environmental, quality, logistics and cost control to achieve company target.
• To manage all aspects of operations in the Mill and act as a coach & facilitator to the team.
• Provide technical leadership and direction to optimize the Mill efficiency and goals.
• To ensure a safe, clean facilities and Mill productivity/efficiency and continuous improvements.
• Develop and implement an annual budget and goals and the strategy to achieve the goals.
• Determines what resources are required to successfully execute the plan.
• Ensures standards for product quality, equipment and operator performance are maintained and that cost-effective measures are in place to maximize production efficiency.
