Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in school management or a leadership role in the education sector.

Leadership Skills:

Provide overall leadership and management of the school, including curriculum development, staff management, and stakeholder engagement.

Ensure the delivery of engaging and age-appropriate educational programs that promote the holistic development of young learners.

Collaborate and build strong relationships with the broader school community, including parents, teachers, and local government, to continuously improve school services.

Oversee school operations, including budget management, compliance, and the implementation of policies and procedures.

Personal Qualities:
