Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• 
  
  Advise on and manage various banking and finance matters, including bilateral and syndicated loans, project finance, acquisition finance, and refinancing structures.
• 
  
  Draft, review, and negotiate complex financing agreements and related documents.
• 
  
  Coordinate and lead legal due diligence processes for financial transactions.
• 
  
  Liaise with financial institutions, borrowers, regulators (such as OJK and BI), and international counsel.
• 
  
  Support cross-functional teams across M&A, capital markets, and regulatory advisory where finance is a key component.
• 
  
  Assist with client development initiatives and contribute to thought leadership or knowledge-sharing within the practice.
• 
  
  Supervise and mentor junior lawyers and ensure quality control on deliverables.

The Successful Applicant

Key Requirements

  A minimum of 7 years PQE in Banking & Finance, preferably from a leading law firm.
• 
  
  Demonstrated experience handling high-profile and high-value financing deals in Indonesia.
• 
  
  Established relationships or working knowledge of regulatory frameworks and stakeholders (e.g., OJK, Bank Indonesia).
