We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Medior Product Manager to join our client's team in Jakarta. As a Medior Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our client's products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, engineers, and stakeholders, to define product strategies, gather requirements, and ensure successful product delivery.

Note: This is an opening for a role dedicated to our clients in Banking.

Responsibilities:

1. Define product vision and strategy based on market research, customer needs, and business goals.
2. Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize product features and create a product roadmap.
4. Define user stories, create product specifications, and work closely with the engineering team to ensure successful implementation.
5. Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay informed about industry trends.
6. Monitor and analyze product metrics, user feedback, and market trends to drive product improvements.
7. Support product launches and coordinate with marketing and sales teams.
8. Provide guidance and support to junior members of the product team.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
2. 3-5 years of proven experience as a Product Manager, preferably at a medior level with ample exposure to leadership roles.
3. Experience in Banking or Fintech is mandatory.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
7. Solid understanding of software development processes and methodologies.
8. Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
9. Proficient in project management tools and software.
10. Excellent command of English, both written and verbal.
11. Must be able to work on-site in Jakarta.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Previous experience in the technology industry or with software development projects.
2. Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
3. Experience with data analysis and user research techniques.
4. Knowledge of product management tools and platforms.
