Qualifications

• Au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans les opérations MICE ou l'industrie du voyage.
• Maîtrise de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
• Attitude positive, flexible et orientée solutions.

Responsibilities

• Coordonner et gérer les arrangements de voyages de groupe et les projets MICE.
• Créer des itinéraires, des propositions PowerPoint et des plans de repas.
• Assurer la livraison de haute qualité de tous les composants de l'expérience de voyage.

About the Business:

Our Destination Management services form the core of our business. We take care of everything from ground support, hotel bookings, sightseeing, restaurants, and local guides; all while providing 24/7 customer support so that travelers from over 50 countries can enjoy memorable travel experiences worry-free.

About The Job:
Manage group travel and MICE projects, including bookings, itinerary planning, and client coordination. Ensure smooth operations, handle financial tasks, resolve service issues, and support cross-border collaboration.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and operate group travel arrangements and MICE projects according to SOPs

• Make hotel, guide, transportation, and restaurant bookings through the system

• Create itineraries, PowerPoint proposals, and meal plans for MICE programs

• Maintain regular communication with clients, suppliers, and sales teams

• Handle booking confirmations, price negotiations, and last-minute adjustments

• Issue invoices and credit notes, and monitor financial reconciliation per project

• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of all components of the travel experience

• Address service issues, provide after-sales support, and handle complaints professionally

• Work with international colleagues and contribute to cross-border collaboration

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field

• At least 2 years of experience in MICE operations or the travel industry

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written (must-have)

• Strong attention to detail, good with systems and processes

• Positive, flexible, and solution-oriented attitude

• Able to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines

• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in a multicultural setting
