A leading company in technology solutions is seeking a skilled professional for system operation and maintenance. This role involves analyzing user needs and optimizing the MES system with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency. Ideal candidates will have significant experience in business analysis and system implementation along with a strong academic background in a computer-related field.
Job requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, computer-related major, English communication could support daily work (Chinese language speak is preferred);
2.More than 5 years of system operation and maintenance experience, strong business analysis ability and excellent logical thinking ability, in-depth understanding of user needs;
3.Familiar with SAP or WMS, MES system implement experience is preferred;
Work content:
1.Research, explore, and analyze user needs, accurately abstract product needs, and reasonably judge the priority of needs
2.Responsible for and assist in the optimization and function improvement of the MES system after it goes online: collect improvement suggestions, provide improvement plans, etc., to improve operational efficiency and user experience;
3.Organize demand review and solution review to help team members understand needs and implement solutions;
4.Work closely with relevant project teams, coordinate R&D, testing, operations and other departments, and promote the operation of the MES system
