Responsibilities

  • Conduct financial modeling, benchmarking, and valuation analysis for potential acquisition targets.
  • Perform industry research and market assessments to identify strategic opportunities.
  • Evaluate potential acquisition targets based on strategic fit, commercial potential, and financial performance.
  • Prepare investment decks, internal reports, and transaction summaries for review by senior leadership.
  • Coordinate due diligence processes across finance, legal, HR, and operations teams.
  • Track project timelines, deal pipelines, and ensure documentation is updated and organized.
  • Contribute to the development of post-merger integration plans by gathering and analyzing relevant operational data.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support smooth execution of M&A initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, investment banking, corporate development, or private equity.
  • Familiarity with key transaction documents, such as merger agreements, stock/asset purchase agreements, and letters of intent.
  • Experience assisting in the review and preparation of legal and financial documentation.
  • Exposure to partnership agreements, joint ventures, or shareholder structures is a plus.
  • Solid skills in conducting financial, commercial, and legal due diligence.
  • Strong analytical and research skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear insights.
