This role will be responsible in leading the development and execution of training programs for Merchant onboarding and Field Trainer. This role ensures all merchants understand the Kredivo transaction Journey flow and Kredivo’s Product Knowledge. Also ensure The Field Trainers (FTs) receive proper training through the TFT program, which will have an impact on the scorecards of the FTs.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Trainer (Merchants & Field Trainers)
- Deliver Training Programs
- Conduct onboarding and refresher training sessions for merchants and field trainers (FTs).
- Ensure understanding of Kredivo's products, features, and transaction flow.
2.Develop and Maintain Training Materials
- Create and update training manuals, presentation decks, video tutorials, and assessment tools.
- Localize materials based on regional needs when necessary.
3. Train-the-Trainer (TFT) Program Execution
- Implement and facilitate TFT programs to equip field trainers with effective training and communication skills.
- Ensure FTs are aligned with Kredivo’s SOPs, compliance standards, and merchant engagement practices.
- Ensure the FTs receive an expected scorecard after completing the training program.
4. Evaluate Training Effectiveness
- Monitor and assess learning progress through tests, feedback forms, and performance tracking.
- Provide post-training support and follow-up to ensure knowledge application in the field.
5. Support Field Team Performance
- Work closely with the merchant and operations teams to identify gaps and provide targeted training interventions.
- Align training efforts with FT scorecards and performance metrics.
- Coordinate with Stakeholders
6. Share regular reports and insights from training sessions with relevant stakeholders.
- Maintain Training Records
- Track attendance, completion rates, and learning outcomes in a structured and organized manner.
- Ensure compliance with internal documentation standards.
7. Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on market practices and learning trends.
- Continuously improve training approaches based on feedback and operational changes.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, field operations, or merchant engagement (preferably in fintech, retail, or financial services)
- Experience in facilitating both in-person and virtual training sessions.
- Strong understanding of training and adult learning principles.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to simplify complex information into easy to understand content.
- Comfortable engaging with different levels of participants (from field agents to Merchants managers).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Able to evaluate training effectiveness and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Slides, Sheets, Docs).
- Ability to create digital training content is a plus (Canva, PowerPoint, basic video editing).
- Willing to travel across various regions in Indonesia.
