• On a daily basis, Make outbound calls to merchants who have got rejected by SPP
• On a daily basis, make outbound calls to merchants who have not made any transactions yet
• Understand the merchants’ needs, then then record their feedback and relevant information in the tracker
• Explain product and service feature to merchants
• Upsell and cross-sell SPP products that may be useful for merchants
• Be patient with a polite and merchant-focused telephone manner
  
  

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in telesales and/or telemarketing. Experience in fintech (if any) is a plus
• Strong verbal communication, has the ability to convey information clearly and persuasively
• Key Performance Indicator-driven attitude and eagerness to adapt to the dynamic environment
• Nimble, agile, and able to nurture relationships with customers and handle the job effectively
• Strong diplomatic and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in research and problem-solving
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Good at Microsoft Excel
