Handle the acquisition for QR Offline Partnership with the key focus to increase the traffic and make an impact for Indonesia Cashless Society movement
Execute and maintaining merchant partnership strategies to achieve targets for new onboardedmerchant
Drive new agreement acquisitions and amendments while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Facilitate transactions for new key accounts (KA) and independent software vendors (IsV) to increasetotal processing value (TPV).
Conduct QR satisfaction surveys and analyse feedback to improve merchant experience.
Drive activation and engagement of IsV stores while acquiring new KA stores.
Monitor and optimize customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) for KA, ISV, and Know Your Business (KYB) processes.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
2-3 years of experience in merchant partnerships, business development, or related roles within theFinTech industry
Proven track record of achieving KPls related to merchant acquisition, transaction volume, andrevenue growth
Strong understanding of e-wallet ecosystems, payment processing, and merchant services
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights to optimize performance
Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
