Job Description:
- Handle the acquisition for QR Offline Partnership with the key focus on increasing traffic and making an impact on the Indonesia Cashless Society movement.
- Execute and maintain merchant partnership strategies to achieve targets for newly onboarded merchants.
- Drive new agreement acquisitions and amendments while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate transactions for new key accounts (KA) and independent software vendors (ISV) to increase total processing value (TPV).
- Conduct QR satisfaction surveys and analyze feedback to improve merchant experience.
- Drive activation and engagement of ISV stores while acquiring new KA stores.
- Monitor and optimize customer satisfaction scores (CSAT) for KA, ISV, and Know Your Business (KYB) processes.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in merchant partnerships, business development, or related roles within the FinTech industry.
- Proven track record of achieving KPIs related to merchant acquisition, transaction volume, and revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of e-wallet ecosystems, payment processing, and merchant services.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and drive insights to optimize performance.
- Self-motivated team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards in the Indonesian FinTech sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
