Job Description

- Lead product development initiatives, ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
- Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to optimise sourcing and procurement processes.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to drive proactive decision-making.
- Oversee P&L management for merchandising categories, ensuring profitability and cost control.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and logistics teams to enhance operational efficiency.
The Successful Applicant
- at least 15 years of working experience in merchandising & sourcing within Apparel & Accessories.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale operations and supplier partnerships.
- Expertise in global sourcing, product development, and cost negotiation.
- Strategic mindset with an ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance is a plus.
