• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that align with market demands and business objectives.
• Lead product development initiatives, ensuring innovation, cost efficiency, and quality compliance.
• Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers and key stakeholders to optimise sourcing and procurement processes.
• Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscapes to drive proactive decision-making.
• Oversee P&L management for merchandising categories, ensuring profitability and cost control.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and logistics teams to enhance operational efficiency.

Profile

• at least 15 years of working experience in merchandising & sourcing within Apparel & Accessories.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large-scale operations and supplier partnerships.
• Expertise in global sourcing, product development, and cost negotiation.
• Strategic mindset with an ability to adapt to evolving market conditions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Knowledge of sustainability practices and regulatory compliance is a plus.
