Job summary

Delamibrands is seeking a Costing Development professional in Indonesia to manage cost analysis, price negotiations, and vendor coordination across garment production, ensuring profitability without compromising quality and brand standards.

You will partner with design, production, and sourcing teams, analyze fabrics, trims, and labor costs, and drive cost-saving initiatives through accurate cost sheets, margin analyses, and disciplined supplier negotiations to sustain competitive pricing.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in fashion merchandising, costing or development.
• Proficiency in costing methods, price negotiations, and vendor management.
• Strong Excel, ERP, PLM and cost analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and calculate product costs, including fabric, trims, labor, overhead, and logistics, to ensure competitive pricing.
• Work closely with design, production, and sourcing teams to develop cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
• Negotiate pricing with suppliers, vendors, and factories to achieve the best cost and margin.
• Review and analyze vendor quotations, ensuring transparency and accuracy in cost breakdowns.
• Monitor raw material costs, exchange rates, and production expenses to optimize pricing strategies.
• Develop and maintain cost sheets, pricing reports, and margin analyses.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining product integrity and brand standards.
• Coordinate sample development and pre-production approvals to validate costing accuracy.
